Expanded Metal

Expanded metal is made by cutting and stretching a solid sheet into an open mesh. No material is punched out, and the strands remain joined at every intersection. This gives the sheet a rigid structure without welded joints.

Materials include carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We supply light, medium, and heavy mesh with diamond, hexagonal, or drawing-specific openings. Standard sheet lengths range from 600 mm to 4000 mm, with widths from 600 mm to 2000 mm.

Expanded metal is used for machine guards, cement reinforcement, speaker grilles, craft products, highway and road fencing, stadium fencing, framed panels, baskets, and formed screens.
