Quality control starts before production. We check the material against the order, monitor the work while it is being made, and inspect the finished goods before packing. The inspection points are adjusted to the product and the agreed specification.

THREE-STAGE INSPECTION
What We Check

| 1. Incoming materials | Material type, wire diameter or sheet thickness, surface condition, quantity, and conformity with the purchase specification. |
| 2. In-process control | Site checks during weaving, welding, punching, forming, and cutting. Operator inspection is supported by independent checks and full inspection when the order requires it. |
| 3. Finished products | Overall dimensions, mesh or hole size, workmanship, edges, welds, surface condition, quantity, and packing are checked before release. |
If an order has a drawing, sample, or special acceptance requirement, we confirm the inspection points before production. This keeps the checks tied to the part that will actually be supplied.
